With "Scrum for Teams" we offer a day with the fundamental principles in Scrum. The participants will receive a thorough and comprehensive introduction to Scrum.

We will go through the reasons for using Scrum. Where does Scrum come from and what will you achieve if you work like that. We will go through the principle of work in iterations (sprints), the Scrum roles and the responsibilities, the various meetings that controls the process and finally, how to increase visibility so that everyone can know where we are.

It is concentrated teaching spiced with exercises that will visualise the principles and way of thinking in Scrum.

Kanban receives a lot of attention these days. We want to introduce a short crash-course in Kanban in the Danish market. We hold these courses from 17:30 to 21:00 after our Scrum Master courses. The idea is that after such a crash-course the participant can go home and evaluate if he and his company would benefit from using Kanban in their organization, read up on some more details and get started.
