Agile Master Class
We are offering a special Agile Master Class that combines the classic Scrum Master and Product Owner class in three days:

Covering the Agile and Scrum territory in a full three days provides the most coherent learning experience, where everything is part of the same flow, and the conversation weaves into each other from day to day. As a special bonus for those taking the full 3-day masterclass, we offer an extra online session for in-depth discussion of advanced topics, that we normally do not manage in the classic course. Among the topics are:
- The structure for Scrum Teams under a hierarchical Rule
- The challenge of multiple teams with interdependencies
- Principles for working the borderline territory between Chaos and Complexity
- Impact Estimation, strategies versus objectives
- Cost of Ownership and cost of delay
