How not to…

I have several books in the series “XYZ for dummies” and “The complete idiot’s guide to XYZ”. It is probably a symptom of the general public desire for quick solution, preferable to more difficult to read than a comic book. However, I have contemplated going in the opposite direction and publish a series called “How not to…” “grow carrots”, “switch to winter tires” or in this case “introduce Scrum”. It is to no avail repeating things in the same way, the result then turns out the same as well. The audience apparently needs to be shocked a little in order to penetrate our current information carpet-bombing. I am certain, it will pay off. Any likeness with real characters, living or deceased, is utterly unintended, the same goes for specific situations or incidents. All of it is only written in order to learn from it, because if you do not learn from history – you are bound to keep on repeating mistakes of the past. This is thus the introduction to the book about “How not to introduce Scrum!”
