On our Certified Product Owner (CSPO) courses, we often have a small exercise, where the participants produce different kinds of paper airplanes in order to extract the most business value from the project. They are producing the highly desirable Nakamura Lock planes.
Recently we held a CSPO course for the largest financial institution in Norway – DNB ASA. The skilled staff members beat the old record in value generation in paper plane production, with a whopping 15.3 points per person. We were very impressed with the team, how quickly the saw through the constraints and business opportunities and also created a workflow of effective production.
